1. Prepare the Learning Environment:
Set up a calm, organized, and inviting classroom with materials that encourage self-directed learning.
Ensure that the environment is designed to meet the developmental needs of children.
Maintain a space where children can work both independently and collaboratively.
2. Guide Children’s Learning:
Observe and assess each child’s individual progress and developmental needs.
Provide one-on-one or small group lessons using Montessori materials.
Encourage curiosity, exploration, and independent problem-solving.
3. Foster Independence:
Guide children in taking responsibility for their learning, behavior, and environment.
Encourage self-discipline, responsibility, and a sense of community within the classroom.
Teach practical life skills, such as cleaning, organizing, and caring for themselves and the environment.
