1. Create a Positive and Safe Learning Environment:
Design and maintain a welcoming, organized, and child-friendly classroom.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students by maintaining classroom rules and routines.
Foster a nurturing environment where children feel respected, valued, and encouraged to express themselves.
2. Plan and Implement Curriculum:
Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
Integrate subjects such as literacy, mathematics, science, art, music, and physical education into engaging activities.
Use a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities, group work, and interactive learning experiences.
