Hindi Teacher

Job Description

We are looking for a Hindi Teacher to teach higher secondary students in a Kannada medium school. The teacher should be able to teach Hindi as a second language, help students improve their reading, writing, and grammar skills, and prepare them for the Karnataka PU Board exams.

Main Responsibilities:
Teach Hindi as a second language to SSLC students.
Follow the Karnataka SSLC Board syllabus.
Plan and prepare Hindi lessons and activities.
Give tests, homework, and exams to check student progress.
Help students improve in Hindi reading, writing, and grammar.
Maintain attendance and performance records.
Encourage students to take part in language-related competitions and activities.
Work with other teachers and school staff as a team.
Attend teacher meetings, training, and school functions.

Qualifications:
B.A. or M.A. in Hindi. B.Ed. degree is preferred.
Good knowledge of Kannada and Hindi.
1–3 years of teaching experience is preferred.

Ability to manage the class and engage students.

Skills Needed:
Clear and simple teaching style.
Good communication in Hindi and Kannada.
Friendly, patient, and supportive with students.
Basic knowledge of using teaching aids or digital tools (optional).
