Key Responsibilities

Plan and Deliver Lessons
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards.
Teach mathematical concepts such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, and statistics at an appropriate level for students.

Assess and Evaluate
Design, administer, and grade assessments, assignments, and projects.
Monitor and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

Classroom Management
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Ensure classroom discipline and manage students’ behavior effectively.

Support Student Learning
Provide individualized support to students with varying abilities.
Conduct remedial or enrichment sessions for struggling or advanced learners.

Communication and Collaboration
Maintain open communication with students, parents, and school staff.
Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss students’ performance and progress.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum design and teaching strategies.

Professional Development
Attend training programs, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on best practices and innovative teaching methods.
Incorporate new technologies and teaching aids to enhance the learning experience.
