Job Description
The School Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating academic and administrative activities. They work closely with teachers, students, and school leadership to ensure smooth operations, curriculum implementation, and student development.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Coordination:
Assist in curriculum planning, development, and implementation.
Coordinate lesson plans and teaching strategies among teachers.
Monitor and evaluate teaching methods and student progress.
Organize training sessions and professional development for teachers.
Ensure alignment with educational standards and school policies.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain academic records and reports.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and school events.
Liaise between school administration, teachers, parents, and students.
Manage school timetables and classroom allocations.
Supervise examinations, assessments, and grading processes.
Student Support & Engagement:
Address student concerns and facilitate a positive learning environment.
Support student activities, clubs, and extracurricular programs.
Collaborate with counselors to provide academic and personal guidance.
Ensure discipline policies are implemented fairly and effectively.
Parent & Community Relations:
Communicate with parents regarding student progress and school events.
Organize parent-teacher meetings and school functions.
Foster relationships with external educational bodies and community organizations.
