Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of young learners.
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance learning.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student development and classroom activities.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curriculum and teaching strategies.
Organize and participate in school events, activities, and community outreach programs.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials and resources are readily available.
Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
Experience working with young children in an educational setting is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
