Basket Ball Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Basketball Teacher to instruct and develop students in the fundamentals of basketball, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of basketball techniques, game strategies, and player development. They should be able to create engaging lessons, conduct practice sessions, and mentor students to improve their skills while promoting discipline and a love for the sport.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and conduct basketball training sessions.
Teach students the fundamentals of basketball, including dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense.
Develop individual and team-based skills to improve performance.
Implement age-appropriate training drills and exercises.
Encourage teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among students.
Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback.
Prepare students for competitions, tournaments, and inter-school games.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during practice and games.
Maintain sports equipment and ensure facilities are in good condition.
Collaborate with school administration, parents, and other sports staff.
