Mathematics Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our school and help students develop a strong understanding of mathematical concepts. The ideal candidate will have excellent teaching skills, the ability to engage students, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons aligned with the curriculum.
Teach various mathematical topics such as algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and trigonometry, depending on grade level.
Assess students’ progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
Provide individualized instruction and support to students who need extra help.
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students.
Maintain discipline in the classroom and create a supportive learning atmosphere.
Use technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance lessons.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and instructional resources.
Communicate with parents/guardians about students’ progress and areas for improvement.
Participate in school meetings, professional development programs, and extracurricular activities.
