Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Hindi teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the Hindi language, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to engage students in learning. Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Development:
Plan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for students.
Develop lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and educational standards.
Use innovative teaching methods to make learning interactive and enjoyable.

Student Assessment & Progress Tracking:
Assess students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them for improvement.

Classroom Management:
Maintain discipline and create a respectful learning atmosphere.
Encourage student participation and address their learning difficulties.

Extracurricular Activities:
Organize Hindi language competitions, debates, and cultural events.
Encourage students to take part in literary activities like essay writing and poetry recitation.

Communication & Collaboration:

Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress and concerns.
Collaborate with other teachers to enhance interdisciplinary learning.

Professional Development:
Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and educational trends.
Participate in workshops, training sessions, and school meetings.
