Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication in students.
Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
Integrate technology and modern teaching methods to enhance learning.
Support students with additional learning needs and provide remedial instruction when necessary.
Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as debates, drama, and writing clubs.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student learning.
Stay updated with educational trends, literature, and best teaching practices.
