Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our school faculty. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire students to develop proficiency in the Hindi language.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Delivery:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi lessons for students as per the curriculum.
Develop lesson plans that include grammar, literature, reading, writing, and speaking activities.
Use creative teaching methods to enhance students’ learning experiences.

Student Engagement & Assessment:
Encourage students to participate in discussions, storytelling, and creative writing.
Conduct tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess students’ progress.
Provide feedback and guidance for improvement.

Classroom Management:
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
Establish and enforce rules to create a conducive learning atmosphere.

Use of Teaching Aids & Technology:
Integrate modern teaching aids, such as smart boards, audiovisual materials, and digital resources.
Encourage interactive and experiential learning.

Co-Curricular Activities:
Organize and participate in Hindi language-related events, debates, essay writing competitions, and cultural programs.
Promote Hindi language appreciation through extracurricular activities.

Communication & Collaboration:
Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress and areas of improvement.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff for interdisciplinary activities.

Professional Development:
Stay updated with new teaching methodologies and curriculum changes.
Attend workshops, training sessions, and faculty meetings.
