Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more dance styles, the ability to teach students of varying skill levels, and a commitment to fostering a fun and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct engaging dance lessons for students of different ages and abilities.
Teach a variety of dance styles (e.g., ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, jazz, ballroom, etc.).
Develop lesson plans that align with students’ skill levels and progression goals.
Choreograph routines for performances, competitions, and recitals.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students.
Ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
Assess and monitor students’ progress, offering guidance for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest dance trends and teaching techniques.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff for events and productions.
Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and school administrators.
