English Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons, fostering a love for language and literature, and helping students develop strong reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Development:
Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Develop engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Use a variety of teaching techniques, including discussions, group work, and digital tools.
Incorporate literature, grammar, vocabulary, and writing exercises into daily lessons.
Assess and provide feedback on student progress through tests, assignments, and reports.

Classroom Management & Student Engagement:
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage critical thinking and creativity in students.
Maintain discipline and address behavioral issues in accordance with school policies.
Provide additional academic support to students as needed.

Communication & Collaboration:
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Collaborate with other teachers to enhance interdisciplinary learning.

Assessment & Student Development:
Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress.
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve.
Prepare students for examinations and standardized tests.
