Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning and Teaching
Develop and deliver engaging music lessons tailored to students’ age, skill levels, and interests.
Teach music theory, history, composition, and performance techniques.
Incorporate a variety of musical genres and styles to broaden students’ understanding.
Conduct group and one-on-one sessions for voice and/or instrument instruction.

Student Development
Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence through music.
Prepare students for performances, exams, and recitals.

Classroom Management
Maintain an organized and respectful learning environment.
Promote discipline, punctuality, and teamwork among students.

Event Coordination
Organize school concerts, talent shows, and other music-related events.
Collaborate with staff to incorporate music into schoolwide programs.

Professional Development
Stay updated on current music education methods and trends.
Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
