Kannada Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kannada school teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Kannada language and literature to students, fostering a love for the language, and promoting cultural awareness. The teacher will create engaging lesson plans, encourage participation, and ensure students develop strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in Kannada.

Key Responsibilities:

Lesson Planning and Delivery:
Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum.
Teach Kannada grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
Incorporate cultural and literary elements into lessons to enhance language understanding.

Student Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Use interactive teaching methods to engage students and encourage active participation.
Monitor and support individual student progress and provide additional assistance as needed.

Assessment and Evaluation:
Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student performance.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians.

Extracurricular Activities:
Organize and participate in Kannada-related events, such as cultural programs, debates, and essay competitions.
Encourage students to participate in literary and cultural activities.

Professional Development:
Stay updated on educational trends and advancements in Kannada language teaching.
Attend workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings as required.
