English Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in English literature, language, and writing, with a proven ability to engage students in grades [specific grades] and inspire a love for learning. This position involves teaching a variety of English courses, including literature, composition, grammar, and creative writing, in accordance with the school’s curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school’s curriculum program and reflect accommodations for differences in student learning styles.
Prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in English language arts.
Teach English language, literature, grammar, and writing to students in grades [specific grades].

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification/license in English (or eligibility to obtain certification).
Previous teaching experience at the [elementary/middle/high school] level is preferred.
Strong knowledge of English language and literature, with the ability to teach various genres and forms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
