Job Description
The School Assistant Manager plays a key role in the administration and smooth operation of the school. They support the school leadership in managing daily activities, coordinating with staff, handling financial and administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive learning environment for students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Operational Management
Assist in the daily administration and smooth functioning of the school.
Oversee school logistics, including transport, facilities management, and maintenance.
Coordinate with teachers, parents, and students to address concerns.
Maintain student records, attendance, and other essential documentation.
Ensure compliance with educational regulations, school policies, and safety guidelines.
2. Human Resource Support
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
Monitor teacher and staff attendance and address concerns.
Support performance evaluations and maintain HR records.
Coordinate staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
3. Financial & Budget Management
Assist in managing the school’s budget and financial records.
Handle fee collection, payroll processing, and vendor payments.
Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective solutions.
4. Parent & Student Relations
Serve as a liaison between parents, teachers, and school leadership.
Address student behavior issues and implement discipline policies.
Organize and oversee parent-teacher meetings and school events.
5. Event & Extracurricular Activities Management
Assist in organizing school events, competitions, and cultural activities.
Coordinate field trips, excursions, and student engagement programs.
Manage logistics for school functions and celebrations.
6. Compliance & Safety
Ensure school policies align with government regulations and educational standards.
Oversee security, health, and safety measures within the school.
Implement emergency response plans and risk management policies.
