Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Hindi Teacher to join our school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi language and literature to students of different grades, developing lesson plans, and fostering a love for the language among students.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons based on the curriculum.
Develop lesson plans that align with the state/national education board guidelines.
Teach reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension skills in Hindi.
Encourage students to speak, read, and write fluently in Hindi.
Conduct interactive learning activities, group discussions, and assessments to enhance students’ understanding.
Assign and evaluate homework, tests, and assignments to track students’ progress.
Use creative teaching methods such as stories, poems, role plays, and multimedia to enhance learning.
Provide constructive feedback to students and support them in improving their skills.
Maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment.
Organize Hindi-related cultural events, competitions, and celebrations in the school.
Communicate with parents about students’ performance and progress.
Stay updated with educational trends and incorporate modern teaching techniques.
