Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Accountancy Teacher to educate students in financial principles, accounting concepts, and business practices. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver engaging lessons, prepare students for examinations, and develop their analytical and problem-solving skills in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Curriculum Delivery:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons on financial accounting, management accounting, and business finance.
Use modern teaching techniques, including case studies, practical exercises, and real-world applications.
Incorporate technology and accounting software to enhance learning.

Assessment & Evaluation:
Prepare assignments, quizzes, and examinations to assess student understanding.
Provide timely feedback and conduct remedial sessions when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of student progress.

Student Guidance & Development:
Support students in developing strong accounting and analytical skills.
Prepare students for board/university exams and competitive accounting certifications.
Provide career guidance related to accounting and finance professions.

Classroom Management & Administration:
Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
Assist with curriculum development and improvements.
